The Windhoek Country Club & Resort is a 4 star resort located along Windhoek’s B1
Western bypass. Its original entrance just off the B1 western bypass has been closed
and now only accessible from Golf Street via the intersection at Arrebbusch
Travel Lodge and Shell Truck port. The Namibia Careers Expo 2025 will take place in the
Oryx Hall at the Windhoek Country Club.

It’s our aim to ensure that all exhibitors have an enjoyable and productive time during
the Namibia Careers Expo. So, we have compiled the following tips to help you better
engage with the learners and visitors to your stand:
• Set aside enough materials for both days. You’ll be surprised as to how quickly
flyers/booklets get snapped up by eager learners!
• Have promotional items available to giveaway. Nothing draws in learners more
than “free stuff ”
• Use branding that appeals to the younger generation. Don’t be afraid to use
bright colours and funky designs for your stand! (e.g. Balloons)
• Our team of volunteers will be on standby to assist you with your stall. (e.g.
during bathroom breaks)
• Tea & Coffee will be available in the mornings for all exhibitors.

Bookings & Confirmations

Exhibition space for the Careers Expo 2025 is limited and as such early registration is vital to guarantee booth allocation. Please
note that booths are only allocated once Exhibitor Application forms and payment has been made to Namibia Careers Expo.
*Please note that invoices will only be issued in January 2025 unless otherwise requested.

Terms & Conditions

The deadline for submission of Exhibitor Early Registration forms is 15 February 2025. The submission of the Exhibitor’s Application Form shall be deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein by the Exhibitor. Namibia Careers Expo shall reserve the right to refuse any application and shall give the Exhibitor a notice in writing on the reason for the refusal of the application within ten (10) days from the day of such refusal. All cancellations must be in writing or email correspondence.
